First Impression (8/10)
Wow, well the first thing I noticed when I looked at your site was the header image. I loved the colour in the image. Also, although it is small, it is very beautiful. I couldn’t stop looking away. However, I think with that kind of header image, a darker colour scheme may have looked better. Don’t get my wrong, your layout looks very nice, I just think it’s a bit too light for the image that’s all. Overall this site’s colour scheme doesn’t burn the eyes, which is good. The navigation is organized neatly, a bonus^^, and I can read your updates *cheers* Your site loaded quickly in IE 7 and Firefox2, with a resolution of 1024X768.
The Layout–Design (15/20)
So I have already touched base a bit on this section under “first impression,” but I’ll go over some things again.
Starting with the top, I really like the header image, and I appreciate the fact that it’s saved in .jpg, as this makes the site load easier. You have good blending skills, and that made your image look awesome. Like I said before, I think your layout would look a lot better if it had a darker colour scheme with the main image you used, just because a darker colour scheme would make the main image stand out more.
The Navigation is neatly organized which is good because the visitors can find things easily. I like the effect there is when you hover over the links. *hehe very amused*
The boxes for your updates are effective too in keeping things organized, also I can read everything on your site *yah*.
Because you have such a simple layout here, perhaps you would like to add a bit more colour and change your text from black to something else. You could try a dark purple like 4F2F4F or a purplish gray like 543948, and perhaps make the words you want to stand out black. That would give a little more contrast in your layout^^.
Over all your layout is neat and effective, so good job^^

Ahhh the big one >< Okay lets break this down.
- Quality Of Graphics & Resources (10/10): So because you said icons in general
as your special content, I would like to go over them more in the special
content sections. However, your website is an icon and icon base site, so I
have to comment about them here ><
- Anime icons: 20 times 8 is like…..160 icons wow. And they are all saved in jpg, load faster, and look simply stunning^^
- Celebrity Icons: again….7 times 20 is like 140. So a lot of icons here too. The textures used in your icons make the icons stand out.
- Stock Icons: haha I love the one with the cat and the ipod^^
- Icon Bases: 183 O_O…wowz I am amazed. Perhaps some Naruto bases???
- Updating (2/5): Its really hard to tell actually. Because you only have one update, and that one was titled “I’m back ><”
- Content Quantity (5/5): Definitely a five out of five. Your site kept me entertained for a long while, even though your site is only a icon/icon base site^^
- Grammer (5/5): No problems here.
- Creativity & Uniqueness (10/10): There’s no question about that here. Each one of your icons and bases are unique. To add to that, you have a wide variety of both.
- Link back? (5/5): I see it on your main page^^
Your Special Content (5/5)
hmmmm..I’ve honestly run out of things to say >< that can’t be good... Okay so your special content is your icons. The words, along with the textures and lighting used in your icons give each icon a unique feel. It’s quite obvious that you do spend a lot of time and effort into your icons, and as a result they are of high quality. Good job, and please keep up the great work on your icons^^
An Overall Wrap-Up (12/15)
Overall you run a great site. You offer both quality and quantity in your graphics *icons* and that is really important in holding the visitor’s interest. Your coding is superb too, which allows for your site to load quickly and properly. I like your header image, but as I’ve said before I’m not a big fan of your colour scheme.
