Woah what can I say, its colorful and attracts the viewer. But even with all the wacky colors you’ve managed to blend some grey and give it a civilised look :) The brushes are well used and it loaded quickly! But unfortunatley there were just a few little things that weren’t right. the word “Ume Koa-chan” was a little small. Also the orange line brush on top was to short, it would of been better if you would of connected both brushes together. Last, your update square was touching the layout image. Personally I think it would of been better if it remain away from the image but I understand by experience its not always easy to do.
The Layout–Design (17/20)
Colors: o.O like I said before awsome!!!! the font color changes are neat. brushes: nice used but i would of lived without the blue one where the footer is.
Other: good picture choice it ties in well with the color but would of been better with a more light coloured images to blend a little more with the rest of the layout. the flower where the affiliates are is a little blurred but thats just a minor thing.
I’m not too in love with the color of the links when you hover them. It would of been nice to see them eather yellow or pink / green from the header title. It would be nice to see some css on the sidebar and the links not going onto the layout footer.
The Layout–Coding (8/10)
Very organised you used well. I would put “Miscellani” as Misc. because it looks kinda funny. An other thing is I’d align it all to the left. naming your images other than just untiltled could be useful if you start having alot of image or have to replace one image code. As for juding the css I can’t say anything. It looks organised and I’m sure the way it came to me in a pack is not what you see lol there isn’t a way to fix that its the ftp that makes it the way it is.

- Stuffing (8/10): You have a nice amount of content and good quality, your not lying when you say good quality graphics! You should change T.O.S to T.O.U because you always say to follow the terms of use but T.O.S stands for “terms of service”. It would also be nice if the visitor could click on ”Terms of Use” and it bring them to the terms page. The pngs are good; just one thing, some of the black contour is a little bit gone lol.
- Updates (4/5): I’m not exacly sure what’s to say, you pretty much update often enough.
- Quantity (4/5): Good for your site's vibe!
- Spelling (5/5): To me it looks all good :) Better than I’ll ever do!
- Creativity (10/10): All you offer is plain creativity, just look at your layout!

An Overall Wrap-Up (13/15)
I loove your website, your original and creative keep up the work! Just a few minor coding changed and your all good. No body’s perfect and thank god because it pushes us to do better! It's quite amazing you can all do this by yourself.
